I used to buy cheapo knock-off pads thinking they were all the same, until I gave Basic Bike Co's a try. I didn't realize I was giving up so much brake power and initial bite, not to mention how quiet they run. Doesn't matter how good your brakes/calipers are, if your pads are low quality why even run codes? I have these on my fronts and the park pads on the rear. Never looking back. A+++.
